Which app
Both are open source and free — pick one:
| App | Releases page | Which file |
|---|---|---|
| FlClash (newer interface) | github.com/chen08209/FlClash/releases | The apk with android-arm64-v8a in its name |
| Clash Meta for Android | github.com/MetaCubeX/ClashMetaForAndroid/releases | The apk with universal in its name (works everywhere) |
Phones from recent years are almost all arm64-v8a. Download only from the official releases pages above.

1. Install
Open the downloaded apk to install. If the phone blocks “apps from unknown sources”, allow it this once as prompted.
2. Import the subscription
Find the “Profiles” page in the app, tap add, choose “URL” (or “Import from link”), paste the Clash subscription URL (the same one as on your computer), save, then select it in the list.
3. Connect
Go back to the home screen and turn it on. The first time it asks to create a VPN connection — tap “OK”. Choose Rule mode.
Stuck?
Google Play apps stay on 'Pending', or updates fail?
On China-market phones (Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo and others running the Chinese system with built-in Google services), Play downloads apps from Google cache servers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Those servers only work over a direct connection inside China; routed abroad through your server, they can’t be reached. The subscription now connects to them directly, while the rest of Play still goes through your server.
- Update the subscription once on the app’s “Profiles” page and try again.
- Still stuck: if your server was set up before October 22, 2026, ask the AI to “update the server’s subscription rules to the latest” (manual route:
remote.sh NAME upload, thenremote.sh NAME sub. Only the subscription service reloads; nodes in use stay connected), then go back to step 1. - Don’t switch to Global mode: Global sends those China servers abroad too, which makes it worse.
